Welcome to DriveSafe Georgia. By enrolling in our driving programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Driving School Services
DriveSafe Georgia provides theoretical and practical driving instruction in accordance with the regulations set forth by the Service Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia. Our services include:
- Classroom-based theoretical training for Category B licenses.
- Practical driving sessions on designated training grounds and public roads.
- Mock examination simulations.
2. Student Requirements
All students must possess a valid health certificate (Form 100/a) as required by Georgian law before commencing practical training. Students must be of legal age (17+ for Category B learners) to start the certification process.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
Practical sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the session credit. Refunds for full courses are subject to administrative fees and are calculated based on the unused portion of the training.
